How do I manage or cancel my Unlimited Care Membership?
Memberships can be managed online through our customer portal or at any Delta Sonic location. To cancel, please submit a request at least 5 days before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
Are your car wash chemicals safe for my vehicle's finish?
Yes, we use proprietary, biodegradable soaps and high-quality waxes specifically formulated to safely remove dirt while protecting your vehicle's clear coat and paint.
Do you offer physical or digital gift cards?
We offer both! Physical gift cards can be purchased at any retail location, while digital e-gift cards are available on our website and are delivered instantly via email.
What is your return policy for retail merchandise?
Unused retail items in their original packaging can be returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange at any of our convenience store locations.
What happens if it rains after I get a car wash?
Many of our wash packages include a 'Touch-Up' guarantee. If it rains within a specific timeframe of your initial wash, you can return for a free exterior rinse.
